The oil embargo and international financial sanctions are the most severe sanctions imposed on Iran and have had significant effects on Iran’s macroeconomic variables. The current study aimed to analyze the effects of economic sanctions on Iran’s macroeconomic variables using a dynamic stochastic general equilibrium (DSGE) model based on the new Keynesianapproach. The simulation results showed that the intensification of the oil and international financial sanctions would 1) reduce foreign and government investment, technology innovation,export in the oil sector, and consequently oil production, 2) lead to a higher exchange rate and a decrease in the ratio of the central bank foreign exchange reserves to the monetary base, 3)reduce the GDP and non-oil exports and increase the inflation, which may cause stagflation, 4) increase household consumption and decrease household investment, 5) increase budget deficit, forcing the government to adopt policies to raise current expenditures and maintain housing and urban developmentbudget, which, in turn, will lead to a budget deficit and bond sales. The analysis of various optimal monetary policies in the context of economic sanctions and considering the contingent business interruption (CBI) loss function showed that the optimal simple rule, in the form of the producer price index, targeting monetary policy, could reduce the loss function and increase the importance value of output coefficient in themonetary policy.}, keywords = {Economic Sanctions,Optimal Simple Rule,CPI-PPI inflation targeting,DSGE Model,Calibration,Iran}, title_fa = {تحلیل تعادل عمومی پویای تصادفی از اثرات تحریم های اقتصادی : شواهدی از بانک مرکزی ایران}, abstract_fa = {تحریم‌ نفتی از مهمترین تحریم ها بوده و اثرات مهم و قابل توجهی بر متغیرهای کلان اقتصاد ایران داشته است. از این جهت این پژوهش درصدد تحلیل تأثیر تحریم‌های مذکور بر متغیرهای کلان اقتصاد ایران در قالب روش تعادل عمومی پویای تصادفی با رویکرد نیوکینزی است. شبیه‌سازی اعمال تحریم‌ نفتی و مالی بین‌المللی بر اقتصاد ایران نشان می‌دهد افزایش شدت تحریم‌ها، میزان سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی و دولتی، تکنولوژی، صادرات و در نتیجه تولید بخش نفت را کاهش می-دهد؛ منجر‌به کاهش نسبت ذخایر خارجی بانک مرکزی به پایه پولی و افزایش نرخ ارز می‌شود؛ کاهش تولید داخلی، کاهش صادرات، افزایش تورم و در نتیجه بروز رکود تورمی در اقتصاد ملی را به همراه دارد؛ موجب افزایش مخارج مصرفی و کاهش مخارج سرمایه‌ای خانوار می‌شود؛ از سوی دیگر درآمدهای دولت را کاهش و با اتخاذ سیاست مالی دولت در قالب افزایش مخارج جاری و حفظ مخارج عمرانی جهت جلوگیری از تعمیق رکود اقتصادی، موجبات کسری بودجه دولت و تمایل آن به فروش اوراق را فراهم می‌آورد.}, keywords_fa = {تحریم‌ های اقتصادی,هدف گذاری تورم,مدل تعادل عمومی پویای تصادفی,کالیبراسیون,ایران}, url = {https://ijes.shirazu.ac.ir/article_5685.html}, eprint = {https://ijes.shirazu.ac.ir/article_5685_acd740103443a54c8ba5f71a76de1198.pdf} }
