چکیده

هدف اصلی این مقاله برآورد کارایی نیروگاه­های تولید برق (فسیلی و تجدیدپذیر) برای استان­های ایران می­باشد. برای برآورد کارایی از روش تحلیل پوششی داده­ ها (DEA) استفاده شده است. شبکه DEA با چند ورودی (نهاده­ های تولید) و یک خروجی (تولید برق) بسط داده شده است. هزینه­ های سوخت (برای نیروگاه های تجدیدپذیر صفر است.)، نیروی کار و هزینه­ های عملیاتی به عنوان ورودی در نظر گرفته شده است. انرژی الکتریکی تولیدی در هر سال به عنوان خروجی در نظر گرفته شده است. در نهایت در این مطالعه نیروگاه­ های برق در کشور بر اساس کارایی دسته ­بندی شده ­اند و بر اساس سناریوهای مختلف جهت بهبود کارایی نیروگاه­ ها توصیه­ هایی سیاستی ارائه شده است.
